I started sport climbing in 2002 as a form of rehabilitation. I had a serious accident and almost lost my arm, but it was saved and my doctors recommended climbing. It not only strengthened, but also helped the nerves to heal.
Since then, I've grown to love this form of exercise even more, not to mention the people I've gotten to know through climbing! I managed to win several junior Hungarian championship titles, and since then I have found the beauty of climbing on rock.
In 2020, I completed the OKJ training for sport climbing coaches at the University of Physical Education. I approach climbing in a complex way, I strive to balance mental and physical abilities with modern training methods. I have expressed my preference for dynamic, coordinated movements and their development. In addition to these, I would like to share the experience of movement and the gratitude I feel for climbing!
