It's been almost 5 years since I started climbing. Since then, it has become part of my everyday life. I played judo and soccer before, so at least I already knew how to fall.
I never wanted to be an elite athlete, so it was refreshing that climbing has a side where not only performance matters, but also fun, style and flow(!) For me, climbing is active meditation and puzzle solving, with the opportunity to challenge myself.
I try to implement this in my training as well... I want to make people think and motivate those who liked or already fell in love with this sport and want to improve so that they can face new and more complicated challenges.
